How to add Twitch chat to OBS
Add your chat to the stream as a browser source with 7TV, BTTV and FFZ emotes, custom fonts, animations and filters.
Show chat on your stream without extra apps
Viewers who watch your stream full-screen or as a recording still want to see chat. The Twir chat overlay is a link that you add to OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop or any other streaming software as a browser source, and your chat messages appear right on the stream.
Everything is configured in the dashboard with a live preview: choose a clean or boxed message style, a font from a large searchable list, colors, shadows and outlines, message direction and animations. Third-party emotes from 7TV, BetterTTV and FrankerFaceZ render out of the box, together with native Twitch emotes and badges.
Filters keep the overlay clean: hide messages from other bots, hide chat commands that start with an exclamation mark, or ignore specific users. Save several presets and switch between them for different scenes.
